Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policy Thank you for choosing Hair Care by Sherome. To ensure that I can provide the highest quality of service to all my clients, please review the following booking and cancellation guidelines: • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $[50] is required to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least [48] hours in advance. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within [24] hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • No-Shows/ Same Day : Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a "No-Show. Future appointments will require full prepayment of the service fee before being booked. No outside guest or visitors during appointments. By booking an appointment with Hair Care by Sherome, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
